Buvvo has three plans. You can start free, and move up whenever your shop needs more room or faster support. Prices below are pulled straight from our billing catalogue, so they are always current.

The three plans

What happens when you reach a limit

Every plan has a few numeric limits. Here is exactly what happens at each one:

• AI replies — Free includes 50 a month and Growth includes 200; Scale is unlimited. At the cap the assistant stops writing AI replies, but your shop keeps answering buyers with the standard guided menu and you can still reply by hand. The allowance runs on a rolling 30-day window, so it refills continuously — or upgrade to lift the cap immediately. See how AI replies work.
• Catalog items — Free holds up to 20 items and Growth up to 50; Scale is unlimited. To list more than your plan allows, upgrade to a plan with a bigger catalog.
• Team seats — Free is 1 seat, Growth is 2, and Scale is 5. See team seats.

Your free trial

Every new shop starts on a 7-day Growth trial with no card required, so you can try the paid features before deciding. When the trial ends you can choose a paid plan, or keep going on Free.

Downgrades and lapsed plans

The Free plan is a permanent floor. If you cancel, let a plan lapse, or downgrade, your shop simply returns to Free — it is never locked. You keep a working inbox and 50 AI replies a month, and your catalog stays available within the Free item limit. Upgrade again whenever you are ready and the higher limits come back right away.
