Billing and payments
How your subscription is billed and how buyers pay for their orders.
There are two kinds of money moving through Buvvo: the subscription you pay to use Buvvo, and the payments your buyers make for their orders. This guide covers both.
Your Buvvo subscription
Buvvo is a flat subscription — you are never charged per message or per order. There are 3 plans:
- Free — ₦0, free forever.
- Growth — ₦5,000/month, or ₦4,000/mo billed yearly.
- Scale — ₦25,000/month, or ₦20,000/mo billed yearly.

How buyers pay for orders
When an order is ready, Buvvo generates a Monnify-hosted secure payment linkfor that order. The buyer taps the link, pays through Monnify’s hosted checkout, and you can see the payment status on the order.
Keeping track of payments
Orders are managed on the Orders page, separate from your Conversations inbox. On Growth and up, your order analytics add the bigger picture — revenue, payment completion rate, and abandoned orders — so you can see how many payment links are actually being completed.
