Team seats and roles
Invite teammates, choose their role, and understand seat limits per plan.
As your shop grows you can bring teammates in to help handle chats and orders. Each teammate takes a seat, and you decide how much access they get with a role.
Inviting a teammate
- Open Dashboard → Team.This is where you manage everyone with access to your shop.
- Send an invite.Enter your teammate’s details and choose a role. They get an invitation to join.
- They accept and get to work.Once they sign in, they see only what their role allows.
Roles
When you invite someone, you pick one of these roles:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Manager | Full access except billing. |
| Support | Chats only. |
| Fulfillment | Orders only. |
| Analyst | Read-only. |
Seat limits by plan
How many seats you have depends on your plan:
- Free — 1 seat (just you).
- Growth — up to 2 seats.
- Scale — up to 5 seats.
Need more hands? Moving up a plan raises your seat count — see Plans and pricing. If you downgrade back to Free, your shop returns to a single seat.
