Order analytics

What's in basic vs advanced analytics, and which plan unlocks each.

Order analytics turn your sales into a clear picture: how much you are making, how many orders come in, and where they come from. There are two levels โ€” basic and advanced โ€” and the level you get depends on your plan.

Basic order analytics โ€” Growth and up

Once you are on Growth, your analytics show:

  • Revenue โ€” how much you have made.
  • Orders โ€” how many orders came in.
  • Average order value โ€” your typical order size.
  • Payment completion rate โ€” the share of orders that were actually paid.
  • Abandoned orders โ€” orders that were started but never paid.
  • AI-vs-you split โ€” how much of the work the assistant handled versus you.
  • Daily trend โ€” your day-by-day movement over time.

Advanced order analytics โ€” Scale only

Scale adds a deeper layer on top of everything above:

  • Best-selling products โ€” your top items, computed from paid orders.
  • Busiest hoursโ€” the hour of the day orders come in, in your shopโ€™s timezone. This uses all orders placed, not only paid ones.
  • Repeat vs new customers โ€” your customer mix, computed from paid orders.

Watching these numbers is the clearest way to know when it is time to move up a plan โ€” for example when your AI-reply or catalog limits start holding you back. See Plans and pricing.
