Order analytics
What's in basic vs advanced analytics, and which plan unlocks each.
Order analytics turn your sales into a clear picture: how much you are making, how many orders come in, and where they come from. There are two levels โ basic and advanced โ and the level you get depends on your plan.
Basic order analytics โ Growth and up
Once you are on Growth, your analytics show:
- Revenue โ how much you have made.
- Orders โ how many orders came in.
- Average order value โ your typical order size.
- Payment completion rate โ the share of orders that were actually paid.
- Abandoned orders โ orders that were started but never paid.
- AI-vs-you split โ how much of the work the assistant handled versus you.
- Daily trend โ your day-by-day movement over time.
Advanced order analytics โ Scale only
Scale adds a deeper layer on top of everything above:
- Best-selling products โ your top items, computed from paid orders.
- Busiest hoursโ the hour of the day orders come in, in your shopโs timezone. This uses all orders placed, not only paid ones.
- Repeat vs new customers โ your customer mix, computed from paid orders.
Watching these numbers is the clearest way to know when it is time to move up a plan โ for example when your AI-reply or catalog limits start holding you back. See Plans and pricing.
